As you can see, Harer wore tiny spectacles. We donned a similar pair for our re-enactment and found that we couldn't see a thing! He fixated on the camera and went off on a bizarre power trip. (see his affidavit) Any surprise he may have missed Freeman's microphone in hand? And they have him training the recruits?

Our own External Investigtor, Hare Brainer, (affectionately called "McTrough" by his pals,) holds a press conference with an American Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) news reporter, gets beaten up by an small, angry woman, and searches Boston Common for clues about the case. All this happens as he dances his shiny little hooves off under the year's first snowfall!

This is the 14 minute piece from which "External Investigation" was spun off.

You'll witness Iraq Veteran Joe Turcotte, the rally scene, (including signs and banners,) the Pig Dance/Press Conference, father of fallen Marine Carlos Arredondo, the Second Line Brass Band Social Aid and Pleasure Society, Youths responding to the Military Recruitment Center, now euphemistically dubbed "Armed Forces Career Center," and White Supremacists looking for attention, and getting it!

This Boston Globe article features Carlos Arredondo and Military Families Speak Out founders Lessin and Richardson, all of whom are freeman Z documentary subjects. In fact, Freeman was one of the first reporters ever to publish MFSO, on a radio segment in 2003. MFSO grew, by late 2005, to include over 2,600 members! The last time Freeman repoted on MFSO (summer of 2006, in South Boston,) even the enormous AM station, WRKO was there. (...with their secret, hidden, microphones, of course!)

Why did Harer of the Homeland Security-minded MBTA Police target Freeman and interfere with his lawful practice of Journalist, not just once, but twice? Would you expect them to protect our values, "to defend our way of life," as President Bush said? Is the right and OBLIGATION to dissent against bad (or even good) government a founding principle of the USA?

If convicted for his intimidation of a reporter, his frameup, and his perjury, Brian Harer could serve several years in prison. Well, Brian's not that big, and I expect he's not that tough, (My cousin, the Kenpo champion? well now, he's tough! His dad was in a WWII tank crew. He's tough too. Brian picks on a helpless little reporter. That's not very tough. so Bad Boy Brian might just wanna cozy up to bubba for some "protection."

Harer is put on notice that Freeman will not be intimidated into silence about the shameful attack and frameup, and that two years of MBTA police intimidation during probation is over.

Freeman publicly announces his intention to fight the malicious and false prosecution, and to hold Harer accountable.
